Booking & cancellation
- Cancel or change more than 48 hours before departure — free, refunded in full.
- Cancel within 48 hours of departure — we keep 10% and refund the rest.
- Cancel less than 12 hours before departure, or do not show up — no refund.
By then the seat is already reserved with, and paid to, the operator on your behalf.
To cancel or change a date, email contact@wonderbridge.fr with your name and departure date. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
If the crossing is cancelled
Rain does not cancel the trip. If the port authorities close Cartí, you choose: a free date change, or a full refund.
Road & sea
The mountain road to Cartí takes 2.5–3 hours of curves, and the boats set their own timetable with the tide and the wind. Delays happen; when a crossing runs late we reach you on the phone number you booked with.
Luggage
One soft bag up to 13 kg per traveller — the boats carry no hard suitcases. Extra bags or oversized gear: tell us when booking, space is confirmed with the operator.
